Hugh graduated Magna Cum Laude from UMass Dartmouth School of Law and passed the MA bar in 2013.
Following law school, Hugh served as the District Representative for Congressman Bill Keating. Hugh later represented the UMass Dartmouth campus as its Director of Government Affairs.
In 2017, Hugh was elected as a City Councillor, where he worked to improve the quality of life for his constituents.
Hugh has an extensive track record of successful injury settlements for his clients, including nearly $3 million settlements in fiscal year 2023.
